  1. To immediately update a Contact File:

  3. 1. Choose Server Connections from the Define menu. The Define Server Connections dialog box appears.

  5. 2. Click the Update Now button. All Public Contact information updates immediately. This lets you avoid having to wait the amount of time specified for the update frequency for an update.

  7. 3. Click OK. The dialog box closes.
  8.  
  9. 4. Save your Contact File to your hard disk.
